Early this month, I was blessed to know a doctor who is nutritionist and her name is Dr. Grace Judio-Kahl, MSc, MH, CHt. She owns Light House Indonesia, a place for people who are willing to lose weight in healthy ways. During my session with her, she shared many tips on how to stay fit and healthy in order to achieve my goal.
lightWEIGHT is a weight loss program with comprehensive management by special behavior therapy method. This program is done for 12 weeks with 12 times face-to-face meeting. This program is to manage your diet based on your personality and lifestyle through self control training with lighthouse consultant team, i.e. nutritionists, doctors, psychologists who are experts in their respective fields.
lightWEIGHT Program is divided into 3 phases:
- Phase I
is done in 11 days with No Carbohydrates dan No Fruits - Phase II
is done in 7-14 days with No Carbohydrates - Phase III
In this phase, it is allowed to eat Carbohydrates (This is the last phase of the program and this phase should be done continuously as part of our lifestyle).
