Long holiday is over, now it’s the time to get back to our regular activities. The tough office situation, piles and piles of work, deafening sound of scolding, or the hustle and bustle of big city traffic are back into our lives.
It has been sometime since I have written about exercising tips. This time, I would like to share one stage that often missed or considered insignificant by people when exercising.
Early this month, I was blessed to know a doctor who is nutritionist and her name is Dr. Grace Judio-Kahl, MSc, MH, CHt. She owns Light House Indonesia, a place for people who are willing to lose weight in healthy ways. During my session with her, she shared many tips on how to stay fit and healthy in order to achieve my goal.
