We need to consume food containing carbohydrate every day in order to meet nutrition’s requirements. Carbohydrate has an important for our body, one of them is to produce energy and balance the process of imperfect fat oxidization.
Carbohydrate also has other important role in various important process within our bodies. Carbohydrate helps protein to work well in our body. There are so many options of food containing carbohydrate that we can consume daily.
What are the source of carbohydrate?
The following is a list of food items containing carbohydrate ranging from the smallest to the biggest carbohydrate content:
Watermelon, Melon, Soya Bean, Oranges, Berries, Apples, Mangoes, Pineapples, Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Bananas, Brown Rice, Rice, Barley, Pasta, Cassava, Bread, Noodles, Corn, Cereal, Sago flour, Sugar.
