Most people can come up with so many reasons to not workout. Actually, everyday we only need 30 minutes per day to workout.

How long is 30 minute? Compare to watching movie in the cinema in which the movie duration is about 1,5 hour. It means that working out is only 1/3 of your movie time. What do you know, right?

Spend at least 30 minutes for 3x a week, and you have given yourself a huge benefit. Your body is fitter, your mind is clearer.

So now your next question is working out requires equipment. Well, not necessarily. Equipment is not compulsory.

You can use a chair to help you workout. With only a chair, you can do quite a variety of workout. For example, to exercise your triceps, your legs’ muscle, you can step up-and-down the chair, and at the same time you also exercise your other muscle, like your abdomen. The most minimum equipment that you can use for working out is a dumbbell. You can add dumbbells to perfect your workout anywhere, anytime.

The million-dollar question for you is, do you want to do it? Always remember that it is better to prevent than to medicate. Better start your workout now to invest for your future health!
