Cardio exercise is easy to do. Furthermore, you will get enormous benefit for your health by doing this exercise and you can do wherever you want it.

Doing cardio exercise requires lots of energy, so before you start your exercise, it is suggested to consume food that contains high carbohydrate.

Some examples for cardio exercise:

  • Running

Running will train your limb from head to toe. Doing running as cardio exercise is equal as doing exercise in gym using the equipment which called treadmill. By running regularly, it will make your body healthier

  • Swimming

Swimming will train your muscle at abdomen as well as shoulder. Doing this cardio exercise also requires lots of energy; therefore please make sure that you have enough energy prior doing this exercise.

Doing cardio exercise will make your heart healthier than ever. If it is done correctly, it will smooth your blood flow to the heart. In that case, your heart capacity can pump the blood smoothly and optimally.

Cardio exercise can effectively reduce body weight. For sure this way is the natural way to reduce weight. When you are doing cardio, you will burn your body fat perfectly especially abdominal fat.

It is very good if you can do cardio exercise like running after you’ve done your weightlifting, the fat will be burned effectively.

Third, reduce blood cholesterol

High blood cholesterol is very dangerous to your body. Bad cholesterol will form plaque in blood vessel that can block the blood flow to the heart. Moreover it will trigger the heart attack and also stroke. Doing the cardio exercise regularly will reduce the cholesterol in the blood.
