Many people that I have met turned out to be lacking in confidence. I decided to share with you what are the things that will be able to improve your confidence.
There are 2 things related to each other. The first one is Self Esteem. The other one is Self-Worth.
I want to ask you, which one do you think is more important and predominant?
For most, Self-Esteem is more important than Self-Worth. Believe me, you may have Self-Esteem, but you may not have Self-Worth. But once you have Self-Worth, you will automatically have Self-Esteem.
Self-Worth is built upon the values that you believe in throughout your life. This will help you appreciate yourself. You will thank God for this blessing.
Here are some tips for you:
- Try to make an analysis on your Strengths and Weaknesses. Make a list of a minimum 15 positive things that you have.
- Ask your friends what are the positive qualities that you have. Ask them what makes you different and better. You may add more 15 positive things to your list. Keep adding until you have at least 100+ positive qualities.
- Create a book containing all the things that you are grateful for in your life. Write about your experiences – things you feel grateful for, and also about the challenges you have overcame.
- Everyday write at least 5 positive things you experience on that day in the book of gratefulness.
- Read what you have written at least once a week. It is even more important to read it when you are facing a challenge!
Well, I hope these 5 tips from me will be able to convince you that God has given so many good things in your life.
