Irene Ridjab - What’s Your Dream

One of the reason we do not like to move a lot is because we do not dream hard enough. Now, this is one of my question to you. Do you know about and have you done goal setting? Especially goal setting for your health?

I met may people who suffer from obesity. Sometimes I felt sad for what they have been through. I often see them at the mall or in public places, and I felt sorry for them.

Why?

Because they seemed so tired of walking while carrying the heavy burden of their own excess weight.

Actually to be fat or slim is not something that could happen overnight. To be overweight took process until you are eventually fat.

Having an ideal weight is everyone’s dream. But, if it is only a dream (a.k.a imagination), I don’t think that you can go very far in reaching it.

But when You decide that having an ideal weight is a must for You, then you will fight hard to reach it!

Success is simple. It all starts our own mind. We have to focus on reaching our goal.

Let’s take the time now, only 5 minutes! Take the time to think about what is your health goals. Create specific goals and describe them in details.

Next is to come up with a plan on how to achieve your health goals. If you are confused on how to get an ideal body weight, you don’t need to anymore. You can just read the articles that I have posted in this website.
