Exercise is not only good for your health but also your mood.
The researcher from University of Vermont has found that doing an exercise in just 20 minutes can make your mood better for 12 hours. Doing exercise can affect our mental condition when we are not in a good mood.
However in general speaking, exercise is barely used by someone to treat their mood. Mostly exercise is done when the mood is either happy or sad. When the mood is unhappy, people tend to do unhealthy activities like smoking, eating excessively or drinking alcohol.
Active people who do physical exercise tend to be happier in their lives. Why? By doing exercise, it stimulates the endorphin hormone or known as happiness hormone which is good for your brain. Moreover, exercise can reduce cortisol hormone which determine your stress and adrenaline level of the body. Exercise has been proven as a medicine to overcome stress and anxiety.
A person who is doing exercise in 30-60 minutes in 3-5 days a week will have healthy soul according to US Department of Health and Human Services Research. The result shows even walking in short distance can boost someone’s mood.

Socializing can be built if you are doing your exercise in public places or exercise with partner like in tennis, badminton, basketball and so forth.
Listening to the music
Our mood can get better when we listen to the music during cardio exercise. Music can also make us feel light when doing exercise. New study also found that watching television during treadmill will give a pleasure.
