What’s Next? Perhaps this is the sum of my 6-month journey which started earlier in 2015. If you can recall, 6 months ago I’ve made a commitment to live healthily.
Today, I am very thankful. I have achieved my goal although it is still far from perfect. I am sure that some of you is now thinking; what’s next?
This is a very important question!
I believe that maintaining this lifestyle is far more difficult than achieving it. So I am committed in 2016, I will maintain my healthy lifestyle.
What I have been doing so far has become a habit (pattern) in my daily life. It doesn’t feel good if I do not exercise or try to eat unhealthy food.
My body is now used to this healthy lifestyle. Now, I would like to make what I have done so far to inspire you who are currently reading my post.
